The City Council conducted its annual strategic planning workshop in May 2010. Prior to the workshop, a number of citizens were invited to attend a session identified as “Community Conversations” to share their thoughts on the future direction of the City. This was followed by an all-day workshop of the Council and Department Heads during which goals for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 were decided. The workshops were facilitated by Ms. Marilyn Crotty of the Florida Institute of Government. The resulting reports from these two workshops can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
