Police Department

Report a Code Violation

Use this form to submit a code violation within the city limits. Code violations can include, un-kept lawns, abandoned houses/cars, structural building without proper permits.

Report Illegal Activity Anonymously

This form can be used by the community to report any illegal activity in the city. It can be submitted anonymously and all information will be directed to the proper personnel.

Report a Traffic or Speeding Complaint Anonymously

This form can be used by the community to report any traffic concern, speeding motorists or areas in the City that are habitually subject to speeding problems. It can be submitted anonymously and all information will be directed to the proper personnel.

Administration

Garbage/Refuse pick-up concern or problem

Use this form to submit any concern related to your garbage/refuse pick-up if you are a citizen of the City of Orange City. We will make every effort to look into any submissions as quickly as possible and contact you if desired.

Public Works Work Order Request

Please use the form below to submit a work order request to The City of Orange City Public Works Department.
This form can be used to let us know about: Road Repair, Sidewalk Repair, Drainage Issues, Street Signs, and Tree Trimming.

Street Light Repair

This form can be used by the community to report any street light outage, or malfunction to our Public Works Department.
